On March 3, CAO Lubao, Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee Standing Member and Suzhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary, visited Changshu, checking local disease prevention and control measures and investigating major construction projects and production resumption. He emphasized on resolute implementation of the requirements of the provincial party committee and government and encouraged enterprises to grit their teeth, not to relax, to rigorously follow the pandemic prevention and control work, firmly guarding the security bottom line and stepping up efforts with more concrete measures to promote the development of major projects, serve business development, minimize the impact of the pandemic on economic and social development, and ensure steady and orderly economic operation.

According to data provided by Suzhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau, at present, nearly 12,000 industrial enterprises above state designated scale in Suzhou have resumed more than 99% of their production after the holiday, with more than 95% of their employees have returned to work.
During his visit, CAO Lubao came to the production line of REFIRE Astraworks Factory located in Changshu, carefully learned about the product application, and discussed over development strategy. CAO Lubao encouraged REFIRE to accelerate product research and development, actively expand cooperation with ports in terms of hydrogen powered container trucks and other aspects, and expand market layout. He pointed out that Suzhou has strong supporting capacity for hydrogen energy industry, and that it is necessary to strengthen overall planning and policy support, further improve industrial ecology, enrich application scenarios, and vigorously promote the development of hydrogen energy industry to take the lead in China.

Astraworks Factory is a fuel cell manufacturing system based on the large-scale development of fuel cell industry, aiming to achieve lean production and promote large-scale application of fuel cell technology through intelligent manufacturing and strict quality control. In May 2021, REFIRE Astraworks Factory obtained its certification from the European Union (RDW Factory Inspection Certificate), becoming the first Chinese fuel cell enterprise to obtain the EU certification.
