The construction of 2021 Shanghai Technology Innovation Center that is in close accord with the technological innovation needs of key industries in Shanghai leads innovation-driven development of key industries, effectively boosts the creativity of private enterprises in Shanghai, and actively promotes connectivity with the planning of national science and technology innovation bases, thereby providing impetus to address the industrial transformation caused by technological revolutions.
